Maureen Lindberg has extensive experience of people management.
Maureen has qualifications in HR Management, Employment Law and Management Studies. These give her the knowledge needed to align the needs of the company with both good people management practices and the legal framework in which all employers operate. Maureen prefers sensible and practical solutions to HR issues.
Maureen has worked with all sizes of organisations across all sectors and understands the challenges they face. She set up Professional People Management to allow organisations to benefit from business focused, professional HR management delivered in a way that works for them.
Maureen is extensively experienced in redundancy and restructuring projects. She is involved in creating and delivering management development programmes to ensure managers have the skills and knowledge needed to manage staff and their output effectively. Maureen often represents her clients in employment tribunals.
Maureen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked for them for over 10 years as a tutor on employment law courses.
