About Maureen Lindberg

Maureen Lindberg has extensive experience of people management. She is able to apply people management policies and practices to help business achieve better results.
Maureen has qualifications in HR Management, Employment Law and Management Studies. These give her the knowledge needed to align the needs of the Company with both good people management practices and the legal framework in which all employers operate.
She is committed to sensible and practical solutions to HR issues and believes that all disputes should be resolved as quickly and amicably as possible.
Maureen has personal experience of operating within a smaller company and understands the challenges they face. PPM has been set up in order to allow smaller companies to benefit from professional practices in a manner that works for them.
Maureen's experience in larger organisations means she has been involved in high level negotiations with Trade Unions and other Employee Representatives working with them designing people management strategies such as job design and evaluation, pay and reward systems and performance management and attendance management frameworks.
Maureen played a lead role in the restructuring of Northern Rock which took place in 2008. She is fully experienced in all aspects of the restructuring and downsizing process.
Maureen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and works for them as a tutor on their employment law courses. This involves tutoring HR Managers in how to apply employment legislation in the workplace.
